Retirement, workforce turnover, and unforeseeable public health emergencies can all threaten an organization's performance. Public health practitioners across all levels must integrate professional development processes into both their short- and long- term planning. By investing in organizational development opportunities now, public health organizations will be better prepared for an uncertain future.
Part 2 of the webinar series will provide an overview of mentoring in organizational development and sustainability. The panelists will provide guidance for effective mentorship in various contexts, as well as strategies to best prepare both mentors and mentees working in public health roles.

Public health professionals in governmental agencies, as well as public health and health practitioners in all settings, including nurses, health educators, managers, etc.
