Whether it's a small repetitive task in our daily work or addressing large community issues, applying principles of continuous quality improvement or CQI allows us to break down the steps and peel back the layers to undercover the root of the problem. This 2 module course provides participants with a basic understanding of continuous quality improvement and provides guidance for leading QI projects in public health organizations.
